On September 8, 2021, the international cooperative forum on “Silk Road Shipping” in 2021 was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province. The forum was co-hosted by Fujian Provincial People’s Government and CIN, and held by Xiamen Municipal Government, Fujian Development and Reform Commission, Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Fujian sub-council.

为规范航海科学技术评价（以下简称“科技评价”）活动，提升航海科技评价工作的专业化水平和权威性，建立健全科学规范、客观公正、职责明确、自律发展的航海科技评价服务体系，依据我国相关法律、规章及中国航海学会科技评价工作的实际情况，对2013年颁布实施的《中国航海学会科技成果鉴定（评审）实施办法》进行修订，形成《中国航海学会科技评价管理办法》。该办法经2021年8月10日第九届理事会第三次常务理事会审议通过，现印发给你们，请遵照执行。

2021年8月24日下午，中国航海学会在中国船级社总部12层会议室召开了第九届理事会党委第十二次会议，党委书记何建中同志主持了会议。
会议研究了国际航行学会联合会候任主席和候任副主席人选变更事宜；审议了学会相关人事事宜。
On May 12, 2021, China Institute of Navigation (CIN) successfully held 2021 technical service conference of magnetic compass
Fan Lei, director of Crew Department of China MSA, Zhang Baochen, executive vice president of CIN, Yan Xiaobo, secretary general of CIN, secretary generals and directors of the local magnetic compass divisions of CIN, a total of 22 people attended this meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shun, deputy secretary general of CIN.

很高兴来参加这个活动。首先，我代表镇东老部长、盛霖老部长、祖远老部长，当然也代表中国航海学会对中国港口协会成立40周年表示热烈祝贺！
中国港口过去四十年，经历了从瓶颈制约到总体缓解，到基本适应，再到适度超前的发展阶段，可以说，发生了翻天覆地的变化，创造了惊天动地的奇迹，连续多年保持了多个指标世界第一，从总体上看，应该说，我国港口发展走在了世界的前列，成为名符其实的引领者。
