Chu Beiping, male, born in May 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, currently serves as Deputy Party Committee Secretary and President of Shanghai Maritime University.
Xu Minqiang, male, born in July 1969, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, currently serves as the Party Committee Secretary of Dalian Maritime University.
Dai Mingxin, male, born in September 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, currently serves as Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Tianjin Water Transport Engineering Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport.
Feng Yue, male, born in March 1980, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, and currently serves as Vice President and Party Committee Member of the Water Transport Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport.
Zhao Yan, male, born in April 1969, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the China Institute of Navigation, currently serves as President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Classification Society.
Wang Lei, male, born in November 1969, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the China Institute of Navigation, currently serves as Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Salvage and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport.
Zhang Baochen, male, born in May 1960, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, former President of the Water Transport Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, and President of the International Association of Institutes of Navigation.
Lin Ji, male, born in April 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree, Vice Chairman of the 10th Council of the China Institute of Navigation, and currently serves as Deputy General Manager and Party Leadership Group Member of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited.
