中国航海学会召开第九届理事会党委第九次会议
2021年2月5日上午，中国航海学会在学会403会议室召开了第九届理事会党委第九次会议，党委书记何建中同志主持会议，党委副书记张宝晨同志，纪检委员曹迪同志，党委委员莫鉴辉同志、费维军同志、潘伟同志、闫晓波同志出席会议。
会上学习了十九届中央纪委五次全会精神；听取了学会2021年重要工作安排的汇报，研究了2021年学会重大活动安排；研究了2021年学会财务预算；听取了2020年度分支机构考核情况的报告；研究了两院院士推荐工作方案。
何建中书记针对会议内容，要求各位委员加强学习习近平总书记在十九届中央纪委五次全会讲话精神，联系学会工作实际，抓好各项工作的落实：一是要深刻领悟“全面从严治党先要从政治上看”，不断提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力；二是要加强监督，党委成员要带头自觉接受监事会监督，要不断完善监督体系，确保学会各项工作能够有序进行；三是以庆祝建党100周年为契机，深入开展“学习党史、新中国史、改革开放史、社会主义发展史”活动；四是持续推进正风肃纪反腐工作。

中国航海学会2021年会员服务六件实事
为落实《中国航海学会关于进一步做好会员服务工作的意见》，推出以下六件实事：
1.启动集体入会试点。在学会选择和公布的会员单位内，凡符合入会条件的个人可通过单位集体申请入会，经学会秘书处审核通过的即成为个人会员。
2.开展会费优惠活动。2021年集体入会的学生会员给予三分之二的会费优惠，其他会员给予二分之一的会费优惠。
3.学会为每位会员建立二维码。会员凭二维码可以获取以下服务：免费查询学术资料、获取电子版学会工作动态和资讯、缴纳会费并直接获得电子发票、提交对学会工作的意见建议等。
4.为会员线上参加学会活动提供便利。会员可以通过开放的线上会议系统参加学会组织的会议、论坛和研讨等活动。
5.会员参与学会组织的有偿学术交流活动和申请学会组织的科技评价享受优惠费率。

On January 29, China Institute of Navigation held 2021 office feasibility discussing meeting, which presided by Secretary-General Yan Xiaobo. During its meeting, president He Jianzhong, executive vice-president Zhang Baochen, Chief Supervisor Cao Di, Deputy Secretary-General Peng yan, Liu Shun and Xie xie, Secretariat of the Institute, personnel of China Maritime Culture Co., Ltd. and the journal editorial department attended the meeting. The participating staff briefly summarized the achievements of 2020 and put forward their own ideas for the work in 2021.
