一、基地简要情况介绍

北京帆船航海中心是北京地区唯一家大帆船航海培训基地，已通过美国帆船协会（ASA）评估认证，正式成为ASA全球350所认证学校之一。在职航海教练均经过严格专业的教学培训，并或已考取美国帆船协会（ASA）帆船教练执照或是国家专业退役运动员。基地现拥有龙骨型大帆船8条，青少年OP 帆船30条，及其他各类型帆船近10条，具备举办各类航海活动及比赛的基本条件。主要从事北京地区的航海知识教育与帆船培训,以及海洋意识、航海文化推广普及等业务。特别是各类北京青少年的航海教育普及工作，通过专业培训和公益体验活动，已有近千名北京地区的青少年接受了相关航海科普教育。

基地已经成功举办过2019年、2020年两届北京国际帆船赛暨北京帆船公开赛，赛事的举办对普及和提高北京市民的海洋意识、航海文化和帆船运动，丰富首都市民的文化生活具有重要意义，受到首都各界的持续关注和好评。央视新闻新对赛事进行了直播和全媒体推送，当日直播观看达817万人次,总播放观看人次近千万次。

在中国航海学会九届三次理事会上的讲话

各位理事、同志们：

当前，全党上下正在深入学习贯彻党的是十九届六中全会精神，我们这次理事会也是一次再学习、再动员、再部署的大会。刚才，张宝晨常务副理事长代表学会做了系统的工作报告，希望各位理事认真研究，联系实际，积极参与，尽职履责，共同推进创建中国特色一流学会。下面，我在就明年总体工作强调讲几点意见。

第一，要高举旗帜，强化学会思想政治引领。

一是要深入学习贯彻落实党的十九届六中全会精神。深刻理解把握贯彻全会精神的重大意义，深刻理解把握全会《决议》的主要精神，深刻理解把握“两个确定”的重要成果。继续通过多种形式深入学习领会，深刻认识全会确立习近平总书记党中央的核心，全党的核心地位，确立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位，是开启社会主义现代化建设新征程，实现第二个百年奋斗目标的伟大旗帜和行动指南。我们要不断增强“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”，努力提升理论自觉、思想自觉和行动自觉。

威海职业学院

1、基地简要情况介绍

威海职业学院是2000年10月经山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案成立的全日制普通高等院校，国家“双高计划”立项建设单位，国家优质专科高等职业院校，国家示范性高等职业院校，国家高技能人才培养示范基地。先后获得全国国防教育特色学校、全省教育工作先进单位、服务贡献50强、教学资源50强、育人成效50强、国际影响力50强等荣誉称号。
学院占地3048亩，固定资产11.03亿元，建筑面积41.5万平米、水域面积50万平方米，是国内高校中唯一拥有海的学校。现有在校生18465人，教职工1197人。学院以“AAA景区”标准进行整体规划和功能区建设，拥有标准化学生公寓15栋、学生食堂7个、校医院1所，文体活动中心、游泳馆、大型体育场各1座。先后建成了威海市公共培训中心、红色大讲堂、装配式建筑体验馆、3D打印中心、智慧制造中心、美丽乡村研究院、汽车训练基地、拓展训练基地、电子竞技中心、早尝咖啡厅等场所。

The 17th General Assembly of the International Association of Institutes of Navigation (IAIN) was held on November 9, 2021. All full members, associate members and corporate members of IAIN attended the meeting. And Zhang Baochen, Executive Vice President of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), and Yan Xiaobo, Secretary General of CIN, attended the meeting on behalf of CIN.

The Annual Conference of Asian Maritime Academy in 2021 was successfully concluded in Tianjin Water Transport Engineering Research Institute of Ministry of Transport on the afternoon of October 20. More than 2,800 experts, scholars and front-line scientists from China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries attended the conference both offline and online.
