In accordance with the group standard development and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the Institute has now organized and compiled the Code of Practice for Fertilizer Handling Operations at Ports, which is now drafted for comments. In line with the Administrative Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, and to ensure the scientific rigor, precision, and applicability of the standard, we are now sending the draft-for-comments and its explanatory notes to your entity for review.
