Invitation Letter for the 2025 Academic Seminar of the Professional Committee of Communications and Navigation

With the approval of the China Institute of Navigation, the 2025 Academic Seminar of the Professional Committee of Communications and Navigation is scheduled to be held in Chongqing Municipality from October 31 to November 2, 2025. The seminar is sponsored by the China Institute of Navigation, organized by the Professional Committee of Communications and Navigation of the China Institute of Navigation, and co-organized by Chongqing Yangtze River Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. and the National Engineering Research Center of Ship Navigation Systems. For the convenience of meeting organization, the relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

Theme: Smart Communications and Navigation Empowering the High-Quality Development of the Maritime Industry
Meeting Content: The academic seminar includes three parts: the annual regular meeting of the vice-chairmen of the Professional Committee of Communications and Navigation, the Forum on Smart Communications and Navigation Empowering the Maritime Industry, and lectures and exchange meetings on international cutting-edge technologies in communications and navigation. III. Conference Fees
For participants attending the regular meeting on October 31 and the forum on the morning of November 1: Transportation, accommodation and catering during the meeting shall be borne by themselves, and no conference registration fee is required.
For participants attending the lectures on the afternoon of November 1: Transportation, accommodation and catering during the meeting shall be borne by themselves, and a conference registration fee is required. The fee is 800 yuan for members of the China Institute of Navigation and members of the Professional Committee of Communications and Navigation, and 1000 yuan for other participants. The conference registration fee shall be uniformly collected by the China Institute of Navigation, which will issue invoices accordingly.
This meeting is a professional seminar. Sponsorship or support in other forms from all sectors of society is welcome.
