Announcement of the Results for the evaluation of National Base of Maritime Science Popularization Education and Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors by CIN in 2025

According to the work priorities and annual key science popularization work plan of the China Institute of Navigation(CIN) in 2025, our institute organized and held the Review Meeting for National Base of Maritime Science Popularization Education and Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors by CIN in 2025 in Beijing on 26th May, 2025.
The review expert group conducted a review of the newly declared National Base of Maritime Science Popularization Education and Science Popularization Ambassadors by CIN in 2025 in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Administrative Measures for National Base of Maritime Science Popularization Education by CIN and the Administrative Measures for Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors by CIN (Trial). After expert deliberation and voting, 18 units, including the “Yu Ming” Teaching and Training Ship, and 8 individuals, including Xu Jingkun, received more than two-thirds of the votes and passed the expert group review. After being reviewed and approved by the 73th Director’s Office Meeting of CIN, the results are hereby announced for a public display period of 5 days (from May 29, 2025, to June 2, 2025).

Materials reflecting the situation in the name of a unit must be stamped with the official seal of the unit; materials reflecting the situation in the name of an individual should be signed with real names and provide valid contact information. Anonymous, false-named, or overdue objections will not be accepted.
