Notice on Asia Navigation Conference 2025 First Announcement and Call for Papers

To All Relevant Units:
The Asia Navigation Conference (ANC), jointly initiated and organized by the China Institute of Navigation(CIN), the Japan Institute of Navigation(JIN), and the Korean Institute of Navigation and Port Research(KINPR). ANC 2025 will be hosted by JIN at the Fukuoka International Congress Center, Japan, on December 3-4, 2025 (refer to Attachment 1). The call for papers for the conference is now open, and the specific details are as follows:

- Maritime Education and Training
- Modern Marine Engineering Management
- Thermal Energy and Power Engineering on Ships
- Green Ship Technology
- Maritime Intelligent Transportation System
- Ship Virtual Reality Technology and Simulation
- Electronics and Information Technologies in Maritime Industry
- Special Ships Operating and Its Supervision
- Other Related Topics
II. Submission Requirements
1. Chinese participants should submit their papers to the Secretariat of CIN. Papers must be original, well-written, unpublished works with no issues of academic misconduct or multiple submissions.
2. Please send the abstract and full paper in English (refer to Attachment 2) and the full paper in Chinese (refer to Attachment 3) in both Word file and PDF file to the designated submission mailbox: anc2025@cinnet.cn, by September 20, 2025. The email subject should be “ANC Submission--Paper Title.” After completing the submission, please click https://f.wps.cn/g/UI9Pqmyc to complete the paper registration.
III. Paper Acceptance
The submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism, and CIN will arrange experts to review the submitted papers. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors in early October 2025. Papers accepted and presented by Chinese participants will be issued a certificate of participation by CIN; Authors of award-winning papers will receive cash prizes and be recommended for publication in our partner journals after the conference. Unaccepted papers can be handled by the authors after receiving a notification from CIN.
IV. Conference Registration and Participation
1. Registration fees: for general participants: $300 (Student $100). Payment methods will be notified to shortlisted authors after confirmation of attendance.
2. The Secretariat of CIN will organize Chinese shortlisted paper participants to attend the conference. The official language of the conference is English, and participants must be able to present and discuss their papers independently in English.
