Notice on the Invitation to Participate in 2025 Maritime Science and Technology Education Achievement Exhibition

To all relevant units:
The main event of China Maritime Day 2025 is scheduled to be held in Qionghai, Hainan Province, from July 10 to 12. As a key part of the main event, the Maritime Science and Technology Education Achievement Exhibition will be held concurrently. With the theme of “Green Navigation, Advancing Towards Innovation”, this year’s exhibition will showcase the cutting-edge technologies and innovations in maritime science, technology, and education, including award-winning projects from the Maritime Science and Technology Awards and newly released group standards. The exhibition aims to build a coordinated mechanism that integrates government guidance, academic support, research and innovation, and achievement transformation. It is designed to accelerate the upgrading of the maritime industry, promote maritime culture, and enhance public awareness of maritime and oceanic affairs.
The 2025 Maritime Science and Technology Education Achievement Exhibition will be presented in the form of display boards. Specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Exhibition Time and Venue::
Time: July 10–12, 2025
Venue: Corridor and outer loop corridor of Boao Forum for Asia Hotel, Qionghai City, Hainan Province
II. Hosting and Organizing Units:
Host: China Institute of Navigation
Organizer: Dalian Guanghui Cultural Communication Co., Ltd.
III. Display Board Options and Layout:
Option 1: Corridor display boards (7m wide × 3m high), up to 14 boards.
Crafts: Wooden frame structure, large soft-film lightbox panels with illuminated titles and layered 3D effects, conveying a strong sense of technology.
Option 2: Left-loop corridor display boards (4m wide × 3m high), up to 32 boards.
Crafts: Wooden wave-shaped structure; the overall layout presents a wave pattern, soft-film lightbox with graphics and text, illuminated titles, and upper-lower light strips.
Option 3: Right-loop corridor display boards (3m wide × 3m high), up to 34 boards.
Crafts: Wooden undulating structure, combining small soft-film lightboxes with PVC-UV printed graphics, and COB light strips.
Relevant units may make selections as needed.

IV. Display Board Content & Requirements
(1) Content
The display boards will showcase cutting-edge technologies and innovative achievements in maritime science and technology education and related fields of participating units, as well as award-winning projects of maritime science and technology awards and issued group standards. The content should be presented with both text and images.
(2) Submission Specifications
1.Corridor Display Boards (7m W × 3m H): High-resolution vector images (10–15 images) Accompanying text (approximately 1,000 words) Video files to be provided if needed
2.Left/Right Ring Corridor Boards (Left: 4m W × 3m H | Right: 3m W × 3m H): High-resolution vector images (10–12 images) Accompanying text (800–1,000 words)
V. Registration Process
Interested units must complete the “2025 Maritime Sci-Tech Education Achievements Exhibition” Application Form and email it to the China Institute of Navigation (CIN) at shity@cinnet.cn by April 27, 2025.
