Notice on the Application for the 2025 China Institute of Navigation Scientific and Technological Innovation (Team) Award

To all relevant units:
In order to stimulate the innovation drive of maritime science and technology workers and enhance their sense of mission and honor in the strategy of building China into a leading maritime power, and in accordance with the Measures for Science and Technology Awards of the China Institute of Navigation (hereinafter referred to as the “Award Measures”) and the annual work plan, the application process for the 2025 Scientific and Technological Innovation (Team) Award is now open. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Eligibility Requirements for the Navigation Scientific and Technological Innovation (Team) Award
The applicant team shall be one that has, in recent years, played a leading and exemplary role in promoting maritime scientific and technological development and implementing the innovation-driven strategy. The team should have achieved significant innovation results and created notable economic or social benefits through the transformation of achievements and industrialization of high-tech outcomes.
II. Submission Requirements
1. Submission materials include the Recommendation Form for the Scientific and Technological Innovation (Team) Award (see Attachment 1), the Basic Information Form (see Attachment 2), the summary report of the team’s participating projects, application status, analysis of economic and social benefits, and other supporting documents verifying the team's achievements.
2. The recommendation report submitted by the recommending organization shall include information on how the applicant team was selected, expert review procedures, and public disclosure of the evaluation results.
3. Log into China Institute of Navigation Science and Technology Service System (http://kjfw.cinnet.cn) to upload the recommendation form and supporting materials. The recommendation form must be submitted in both a stamped and signed PDF version and an editable Word document. Hard copy submissions are not required.
4. The deadline for applications for 2025 Maritime Science and Technology Innovation (Team) Award is April 25. Each recommending organization may submit up to two innovative teams. Please complete the recommendation form as required and conduct a thorough review and quality check for all submitted materials.
