Notice on Publishing the Member List of the Young Experts’ Committee of China Navigation Institute

To All Relevant Units:
In order to stimulate the innovative vitality of the young in maritime field, give full play to the talents of young experts, and cultivate and accumulate reserving forces of the maritime talents in science and technology, China Navigation Institute launched and recruited for Young Experts Committee (hereinafter referred to as " the Committee") in May this year, which has been highly valued by all units in the industry and widely responded by young talents. After preliminary review, vote by the experts and deliberation of the chairmen meeting, we now announce the member list of members of the first session of Young Experts’ Committee of China Navigation Institute Navigation (see attachment).
Under the leadership of China Navigation Institute, the Committee will complete the following works, including the revision of working rules, setting of the professional working groups according to fields, invitation of the senior experts to organize the advisory committees and other organizations after its establishment. Focusing on the issues and hot spots on the development of navigation science and technology, the Committee will carry out various forms of academic exchanges, forum salons and other activities, which will build a platform for young talents to expand their sci-tech vision and career development, and provide assistance for navigation science and technology innovation.
