To all relevant units:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of The Management Measures of the Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, we are pleased to announce that The Specification for the Application of Port Spatial Planning Information Model (T/CIN 013-2023) and The Technical Requirements for Automated Container Terminal Data Centers have successfully undergone review. These projects, organized by the China Institute of Navigation and led by the Transport Planning and Research Institute Ministry of Transport and Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd., respectively, have gained approval from the Council Meeting of the 48th China Institute of Navigation.
We are now formally releasing these standards, which will be put into effect starting from September 2, 2023. This is to serve as the official announcement of the same.
