According to the arrangement of the group standard and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation, 5 group standards including Data Standard Guide for Intelligent Navigation of Ships organized by our institute have formed the draft for comments. In accordance with the requirements of Measures for the Management of Group Standards of CIN and to ensure the scientificity, preciseness and applicability of the standards, the draft for comments and the compilation instructions of the five group standards (see attachments 1 to 5) are now sent to you. Those who fail to reply overdue will be deemed to have no comments.
