Notice on convening Asia Navigation Conference 2021

Asia Navigation Conference (ANC) is an international academic exchange conference in the navigation field jointly sponsored by China Institute of Navigation, Japan Institute of Navigation and Korea Institute of Navigation and Harbor. The conference aims to exchange and share the achievements and information on the development of navigation science and technology in Asia, encourage young scientists and engineers to devote themselves to navigation career and conduct in-depth scientific research. Determined by the representatives of the Conference Organizing Committee, ANC 2021 will be held by the China Institute of Navigation in turn, in Tianjin Binhai New Area from October 18 to 20, 2021, and undertaken by Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering, Ministry of Transport.
The detailed arrangement of the conference is hereby notified as follows:
1. Time and place
Time: October 18-20, 2021, registration date: October 18

4. Main contents
The main contents of the conference include: opening ceremony, keynote speech by experts, group exchanges of papers, closing ceremony, etc.
5. The format of the conference
The combination of online and offline conferences. Participants in China will attend the conference in Tianjin, while participants outside China will attend the conference by online video.6. Scope of participation
Participants include: personnel from government departments, enterprises, universities, research institutes and social groups engaged in navigation-related research and application, as well as navigation-related experts and scholars from other Asian countries and regions.
The authors whose recommended paper are shortlisted in this year will be invited to attend the conference (the list is attached). According to the professional direction of the paper, they will make a speech in the paper group exchange conference and participate in the award competition.
7. Other matters

(2) Registration and payment. $300 (or 1800 yuan) for ordinary delegates, $100 (or 600 yuan) for student representatives, and 1500 yuan for members of China Institute of Navigation.

Conference accommodation. Intercontinental Hotels of Tianjin Yujiapu (Address: No. 3360 xinhua Road, Tanggu, Binhai New District, Tianjin) offers room types and prices with details in the registration system. Reservation is limited, please register as soon as possible. Transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by themselves. The deadline for registration is October 15.
