To facilitate the implementation of the strategy of building China into a country of transportation, maritime, and shipping, and to play the role of innovation-driven by navigation science and technology, the China Institute of Navigation will hold the 2021 Annual Academic Conference and Navigation Science and Technology Award Conference in Dalian, Liaoning Province from August 3 to 5, according to the annual work arrangement.

IV. Main contents
The conference adopts the “1+3+1”mode, that is, one assembly; 3 thematic forums; 1 exhibition of navigation scientific and technological achievements.
(i) The General Assembly. The main contents include leader's speech, award of navigation science and technology award, the release of China's Navigation science and technology development report sub-report. The supreme navigation science and technology award winners and academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering will be invited to give academic reports.
(ii) Thematic forums. Three special forums will be set up, including the Forum on Navigation and Safety, the Forum on Navigation and Environmental Protection, and the Forum on Navigation and Intelligence, organized by communication and Navigation Committee, Ship Mechanical and Electrical Committee and Navigation Psychology Committee of China Institute of Navigation. Finalists of this year's outstanding paper authors will be invited to attend the conference (attached list), some authors will be invited to give a speech and participate in the award competition; According to the theme of the forum, exchanges of achievements in navigation science and technology and lectures by experts are arranged.
(iii) Exhibition of achievements in maritime science and technology. The outstanding achievements of China Navigation Science and Technology Awards and the outstanding achievements of major scientific and technological innovation achievements of Ministry of Transport in recent years will be displayed.

(ii) Registration and payment. The registration fee is 2200 yuan for non-members and 2000 yuan for members. You can get the general report and sub-report (volume 1) of China Navigation Science and Technology Development Report (2020 edition), conference proceedings (electronic version) and other materials free of charge. There is no registration fee for special guests.
(iii) Conference accommodation. Please refer to the registration system for room type and price. Please register as soon as possible. Registration deadline is July 29.
(iv) Live broadcast platform. The live broadcast signal will be available online. The address and QR code of the live broadcast will be released on the website and wechat official account of CIN before the conference.
