Notice on Strengthening the Assessment Management of Branches

 

All branches:

 

In order to implement Measures for the administration of Branches of China Institute of Navigation (Issued by CIN﹝2020﹞NO.40) and Opinions on Further Improving Member Services (CIN﹝2021﹞NO.10), do a better job in the standardized management, business development and member services of the branches, and accelerate the construction of "Double First-class" initiative, our institute has formulated Annual Assessment Form for Branches of CIN and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

 

  1. The branches shall complete the annual work summary before December 20 every year, carry out self-assessment according to the assessment form, and submit the annual summary and self-assessment form.

 

  1. Annual assessment committee of branches is responsible for organizing the annual assessment. According to the above materials submitted by the branch and the daily actual work, the assessment score shall be verified and the on-site assessment shall be organized if necessary.

 

  1. President's office meeting of CIN will examine and approve the assessment opinions of the branches and determine the assessment results.

 

All branches are requested to implement.
