On the afternoon of November 2, 2018, Huang Youfang, Chairman of CIN, Cao Di, Executive Vice-Chairman, Wang Qun, Secretary-General and Gu Weiguo, Deputy Secretary-General, made a special trip to the China Seafarer Construction Trade Union and they were warmly received by Ding Xiaogang, Chairman of the China Seafarer Construction Trade Union and Zhu Yanhong, officer of seafarers' department, etc.
Huang Youfang, Chairman of CIN, extend his thanks to Chairman Ding for his care and support over these years. He also introduced the recent work of CIN, focusing on several important tasks completed by the Institute this year, and then exchanged views on the main work in 2019. At the same time, he hoped that CIN would strengthen ties with the China Seafarer Construction Trade Union to better serve the scientific and technological workers in the transportation industry.
Ding Xiaogang, member of the National Committee of the CPPCC, Chair of the China Seafarer Construction Trade Union and Vice-Chairman of CIN, extended welcome to Chair Mr. Huang and his colleagues. He introduced the basic situation and hoped that the two sides would maintain good communication in all aspects in the future. The China Seafarer Construction Trade Union will actively support the related work of the Institute.
