Circular on Soliciting Comments on Three Group Standards Including Marine Radar Video Transmission Protocol

To all relevant entities:
In accordance with the CIN group standards development and revision plan, the following three group standards have been prepared and are hereby issued as exposure drafts for public comment: Marine Radar Video Transmission Protocol, Technical Requirements for Performance of Voyage Data Recorder (VDR), Technical Requirements for Installation, Use, Maintenance, and Repair of Shipborne Satellite Log.
In accordance with the CIN Measures for the Management of Group Standards, and to ensure the scientific rigor, accuracy, and applicability of the standards, the exposure drafts and their explanatory notes are hereby transmitted to your organization for review.
Please submit your comments and the completed feedback form by email to tuanbiao@cinnet.cn no later than May 13, 2026.
Failure to respond by the deadline will be deemed as no comment. We appreciate your support for the group standards work of the China Institute of Navigation.
