According to the group standard formulation and revision plan of the China Institute of Navigation, the “Guidelines for Port Planning Implementing the Concept of Green Development” organized and drafted by our institute has reached the draft stage for public consultation. In accordance with the China Institute of Navigation Group Standard Management Measures, and in order to ensure the scientific rigor, accuracy, and applicability of the standard, we are hereby sending your unit the draft for soliciting opinions and the compilation instructions for this group standard.
