Announcement of the List of Selected Candidates for the 4th Youth Talent Support Project of China Institute of Navigation
In accordance with the Management Approaches of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) Youth Talent Support Program, we have organized the evaluation meeting for the 4th Youth Talent Support Project on December 24, 2025. A total of 30 proposed candidates were selected, including 20 candidates to be funded by CIN and 10 candidates for joint training. This list has been reviewed and approved at the 3rd Meeting of the 10th Council Presidents of CIN and is hereby publicly announced. The publicity period is from January 12, 2026, to January 16, 2026.
China Institute of Navigation’s Youth Talent Support Program is subject to public oversight through an objections-based system. Any objections shall be submitted in writing to Secretariat of China Institute of Navigation within the public notice period. Once the period concludes, candidates with no valid objections will be formally announced.
