Notice on Soliciting Comments for Two Group Standards including “Guidelines for Hierarchical Construction of Coastal Smart Waterways”

To all relevant units:
In accordance with the group standard formulation and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), we have organized the development of two draft standards, namely Guidelines for Hierarchical Construction of Coastal Smart Waterways and Technical Guidelines for Evaluation of Eco-friendly Waterways in Tidal Estuaries, which have now reached the stage of draft for comments. Pursuant to the requirements of Measures for the Management of Association Standards of CIN, and in order to ensure the scientific rigor, precision, and applicability of these standards, we hereby distribute the draft standards and their explanatory notes to your esteemed organizations.
Please submit the comments and the completed feedback form via email to tuanbiao@cinnet.cn no later than February 3, 2026.
