Notice on the Submission of the 2025 Work Summary and the 2026 Key Work Plan of Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors

To all Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors,
In order to comprehensively review the effectiveness of maritime science popularization efforts in 2025 and the performance of ambassadors in fulfilling their duties, plan the key tasks for maritime science popularization in 2026, further promote the high-quality development of maritime science popularization, and fully leverage the important role of Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors in disseminating maritime knowledge, promoting maritime culture, and strengthening public awareness of maritime rights and interests, all Maritime Science Popularization Ambassadors are hereby requested to submit their 2025 work summaries and 2026 key work plans. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Contents to Be Submitted
1.Maritime science popularization activities in 2025: fulfillment of ambassadorial duties, work achievements, identified problems, shortcomings, and suggestions;
2.Maritime science popularization work plan for 2026: key tasks for the coming year, development directions, and specific implementation measures.
II. Submission Requirements and Notes
1.All ambassadors are kindly requested to actively cooperate and carefully complete this submission. The summary should focus on activities in which the ambassador has personally participated, highlighting concrete achievements and practical outcomes;
2.All data contained in the summary materials must be detailed, reliable, and accurate.
3.Please submit the completed “2025 Navigation Science Ambassador Work Summary and the Next Year Work Plan Form” (see attachment) in WORD format to the Academic Exchange Department of the China Institute of Navigation by December 20, 2025.
