Draft Notice on Convening the 10th National Member Congress of China Institute of Navigation

To all member units and members:

   In accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the China Institute of Navigation and the arrangements for the leadership transition, the 10th National Member Congress of the China Institute of Navigation was decided to be held on October 26, 2025, at the Management Training Academy of the Ministry of Transport. The preliminary details are as follows:

1. Meeting Time

  October 26, 2025 (Sunday). The meeting is expected to last one day.

2. Venue

   Management Training Academy of the Ministry of Transport.

 3. Participants

   Distinguished guests, member representatives, council candidate members, supervisor candidate members, and Party committee candidate members.

4. Main Agenda of the Meeting

1. Deliberation of the Work Report of the 9th Council;

2. Deliberation of the Work Report of the 2nd Board of Supervisors;

3. Deliberation of the Financial Work Report of the 9th Council;

4. Deliberation of the Draft Amendments to the Charter of the China Institute of Navigation;

5. Election of the new Council, Board of Supervisors, and Party Committee;

6. Other important matters requiring deliberation.
