In accordance with the development and revision plan for group standards of the China Institute of Navigation, the group standard "Technical Requirements for Health Monitoring of Port Bucket Wheel Stacker-Reclaimers," organized and prepared by the Institute, has now been drafted and is available for comment. In line with the requirements of the "Management Measures for Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation," and to ensure the scientific rigor, precision, and applicability of the standard, the draft for comment and the compilation explanation of this group standard are hereby forwarded to your unit.
