Notice on Soliciting Comments on 2 Group Standards Led by "Guidelines for Roll-on/Roll-off Operations of Semi-submersible Ships"

In accordance with the plan for the formulation and revision of group standards of China Insitute of Navigation, the institute organized and complied “Guidelines for Roll-on/Roll-off Operations of Semi-submersible Ships” and “Technical Requirements for Lashing and Securing of Heavy Cargo on Semi-submersible Ships”, which have been developed into drafts for comment. In line with the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation and on the purpose of carrying out scientific, rigorous and applicable standards, we hereby send the drafts for comment of these two group standards, and their respective compilation explanations to your entity.
