Announcement on the Release of Five Group Standards Including "Technical Requirements for Automatic Control Systems of Train Decoupling Robots"

To All Relevant Units:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "China Institute of Navigation Group Standards Management Measures," the following five group standards, organized by the China Institute of Navigation, have been reviewed and approved by the Executive Council of the China Institute of Navigation and are hereby released. These standards will come into effect on October 2, 2025:
1. "Technical Requirements for Automatic Control Systems of Train Decoupling Robots" (T/CIN 074—2025), led by Shandong Port Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd.
2. "Wind Self-Locking Device for Rail Cranes" (T/CIN 075—2025), led by Wuhan University of Technology.
3. "Guidelines for Zero-Waste Port Construction" (T/CIN 076—2025), led by Guoneng Huanghua Port Co., Ltd.
4. "Technical Requirements for Automatic Control Systems of Bulk Cargo Terminal Train Loading Towers" (T/CIN 077—2025), led by Shandong Port Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd.
5. "Automatic Observation System for Inland Waterway Ship Traffic Based on Laser Sensors" (T/CIN 078—2025), led by the Dongguan Waterway Office of the Pearl River East Channel Affairs Center of Guangdong Province.
It is hereby announced.
