Li Shixin, male, born in September 1959, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree, senior engineer, and serves as an editor and reviewer for the Science and Technology Journal Editorial Board of the Chinese Institute of Navigation.
He has successively held positions including sailor, third officer, second officer, chief officer, and captain at Qingdao Ocean Shipping Company; general manager of China Tangshan Foreign Ship Agency Company; deputy director of Hebei Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China; and deputy director and first-class inspector of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China.
