根据上海航运交易所上海集装箱运价指数(SCFI)显示,上海到欧洲、地中海、美国西海岸和东海岸等主要贸易往来的集装箱运价指数均有所下降。
由于运力增长速度快于需求增长,最近几个月的运价指数总体上持续走低,但一些运营商仍然不为所动,继续订购更大的集装箱轮。
自上周以来,上海至欧洲的运价指数下滑0.7个百分点,由每标准箱686元降至每标准箱681元,而上海至地中海则下跌百分之0.9,由每标准箱 652元降至每标准箱646元。
上海至欧洲的运价从8月25日的每标准箱923美元一路下跌,而上海至地中海的运价自7月28日的每标准箱 883美元后也持续走低。
同时,上海至美国西海岸的运价自上周以来下滑了百分之0.1,从每四十英尺标准箱1,367美元降至1,366美元,而从上海至美国东海岸的运价降低2.6个百分点,由1,801美元每四十英尺标准箱下降到1,755美元。

Spot container rates fall on major trades
Spot container rates on major trades from Shanghai to Europe, the Mediterranean, and the U.S. West Coast and East Coast have all declined since last week, according to the Shanghai Shipping Exchange’s Shanghai Containerized Freight Index (SCFI).
Spot rates have been eroding in recent months in general as capacity growth has been outstripping demand growth, yet some carriers have still continued to place orders for larger containerships.
Since last week, rates from Shanghai to Europe slipped 0.7 percent, from $686 per TEU to $681 per TEU, while rates from Shanghai to the Mediterranean fell 0.9 percent, from $652 per TEU to $646 per TEU.
Rates from Shanghai to Europe have continuously declined since standing at $923 per TEU on Aug. 25, while rates from Shanghai to the Mediterranean have continuously fallen since totaling $883 per TEU back on July 28.
Meanwhile, rates from Shanghai to the U.S. West Coast slipped 0.1 percent since last week, from $1,367 per FEU to $1,366 per FEU, while rates from Shanghai to the U.S. East Coast fell 2.6 percent, from $1,801 per FEU to $1,755 per FEU.
