In accordance with the Group Standard Development and Revision Plan of the China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the draft of Safety Technical and Management Requirements for Electric Vehicle Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) Transport in Qiongzhou Strait has been prepared for public review. To ensure the scientific rigor, technical accuracy, and practical applicability of this standard, we hereby distribute the draft document and its explanatory notes to your organization for feedback, as stipulated in the CIN Group Standard Administration Guidelines.
