According to the revision plan of the group standard of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the group standard “Guidelines for Floating on/off Operations of Semi-Submersible Vessel,” formulated by our institute has formed a draft for soliciting opinions.
In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, in order to ensure the scientificity, rigor, and applicability of the standards, the drafts for soliciting opinions and compilation instructions of this group standard are hereby sent to your unit.
