To all relevant units,
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation(CIN)，organized by CIN, and led in drafting by China Waterborne Transport Research Institute, Half-height hard top heavy-duty 40' container handing with twin-lift spreader（T/CIN 066—2024）, Technical requirements for intelligent supervision of waterway dredging construction（T/CIN 067—2024）, led in drafting by Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering of the Ministry of Transport; and the Safety regulations for Tank truck refueling operations of marine methanol fuel（T/CIN 068—2024）, led in drafting by CHIMBUSCO Oil Storage & Transportation(Jiangsu) Co.,Ltd. have passed the review. Approved by the Council Meeting of the China Institute of Navigation, they are hereby issued and will be implemented from March 31, 2025.
