According to the revision plan of the group standard of China Institute of Navigation (CIN) the “Special Operation Guidance for Semi-submerged Ship Navigation” formulated by our institute has formed a draft for soliciting comments.
In accordance with the requirements of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, in order to ensure the scientificity, rigor, and applicability of the standards, the drafts for soliciting comments and compilation instructions of this group standard are hereby sent to your unit.
