Notice on Seeking Opinions on Four Group Standards Including “Technical Requirements for Oil Spill Monitoring Systems for Bunker Operations on Water”

To All Relevant Units:
In accordance with the plan for formulating and revising group standards of the China Institute of Navigation, the Institute has organized the compilation of four group standards: “Technical Requirements for Oil Spill Monitoring Systems for Bunker Operations on Water,” “Safety Regulations for Methanol Fuel Tank Truck Loading Operations for Ships,” “Technical Requirements for Prefabricated Concrete Gallery Structures at Terminals,” and “Technical Requirements for Prefabricated Rubber Wheel Guards at Terminals.” These standards are now in the form of a draft for public comment.
In accordance with the requirements of the “Management Measures for Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation,” to ensure the scientific, rigorous, and applicable nature of the standards, we are now sending the draft for public comment and the compilation instructions for these group standards to your unit.
