Announcement of the List of Newly-elected CIN Ambassador for Science Popularization in 2024

To all relevant units:
According to “Measures for the Administration of CIN Ambassador for Science Popularization (Trial)”, following the recommendation of various professional committees, member units, and local navigation societies of the Institute, as well as the processes of expert evaluation, deliberation by the 63rd Executive Director’s Office Meeting of the Institute, and social publicity, it has been decided to appoint 12 individuals, including Ni Di, as the new CIN Ambassador for Science Popularization in 2024, with a term of appointment of 5 years (2024-2028). The list is hereby announced (see the attachment for details).
It is hoped that all Ambassadors can fully leverage their roles as exemplars and leaders, conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities, take proactive actions, and contribute to promoting the development of maritime science popularization and enhancing the maritime scientific literacy of the general public.
The notice is hereby issued.
