Notice on Soliciting Comments for the Group Standard Universal Nautical Data Model — Part 2: Fundamental Model and Application Schema Rules and Another Group Standard

To all relevant units:
According to the revision plan of the group standard of CIN, two group standards for the Universal nautical data model —Part 2: Fundamental model and application schema rules, and the Universal nautical data model —Part 3: Metadata model , organized and compiled by our institute, has now been drafted for soliciting feedback.
In accordance with the requirements of the Management Measures for Group Standards of the Chinese Institute of Navigation, and to ensure the scientific truth, rigor, and applicability of the standards, we are hereby sending the draft for comments and the compilation explanation of these two group standards to your unit.
