In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Management of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation (CIN)，organized by CIN, and led in drafting by Transport Planning and Research Institute of Ministry of Transport , Technical Guidelines for Ecological Assessment of Port Reclamation (T/CIN 030—2024) and Guidance on Safety Technology and Operation of Tender Boats on Cruise （T/CIN 031—2024）, led in drafting by China Merchants Viking Cruise Co., LTD. , Continuous Bulk Train Loader (T/CIN 032—2024) , led in drafting by Jiangsu Gongli Heavy Machinery Co., LTD. , and Technical Requirements for Safe Navigation of Fuel Cell Ship (T/CIN 033—2024) , led in drafting by Tehi Hydrogen Energy Testing (Baoding) Co., Ltd. have passed the review. Approved by the Council Meeting of CIN, they are hereby issued and will be implemented from September 1, 2024.
