Notice on Invitation to Participate in the Nautical Science and Technology/Education Achievement Exhibition of China Maritime Week

The 2024 China Maritime Week is scheduled to be held on July 10-12 in Tianjin Binhai New Area. As one of the main activities, the Nautical Science and Technology/Education Achievement Exhibition will be held at the same time, mainly for the new achievements, products and technologies of nautical science and technology and education, and jointly establishes a channel for a deep combination of government, industry, academia, research and application, to promote the nautical science and technology innovation, popularize the nautical culture, and raise the national awareness of nautical and marine awareness.
This year's nautical science and technology/education exhibition is organized by CIN and co-organized by Dalian Zhentianle Science and Technology Service Co., Ltd. and will be displayed in the form of exhibition boards in Hilton Tianjin and Binhai No.1 Hotel from July 9th to 12th respectively. Matters about the exhibition are now noticed as follows:
I. Exhibition Introduction
(I) Hilton Tianjin Eco City
Exhibition time: July 11th
Location: No.82 Dong Man Zhong Lu
Sino-Singapore Eco-City Tianjin, 300467
Hilton Tianjin Eco City is the venue for the main forum and launching ceremony of 2024 China Maritime Day, with the main guests coming from the relevant government departments, central enterprises in the field of shipping, state-owned enterprises, research institutes and other units.
(II) Binhai No.1 Hot Spring Resort Hotel (Jiafeng Road)
Exhibition time: July 9-12
Location: No. 188 Jiafeng Road, Huanggang Leisure Residential Area, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, China
CIN Academic Annual Conference Opening Ceremony, the Council of CIN, Shipping Power Summit and other 14 shipping thematic forums held in Tianjin Binhai No. 1 Hotel, gathering shipping, ports, logistics and other areas from government departments, representatives of important enterprises and institutions, as well as experts and scholars and other guests.
II. Suggested Format of Exhibition Boards
Based on the best demonstration and cost-effective planning of the following exhibition board format, exhibitors can choose both or one of Hilton Tianjin Eco City and Binhai No.1 Hot Spring Resort Hotel accordingly, to better promote the enthusiasm of shipping enterprises and institutions to participate in the exhibition and enhance the display effect, specification is as follows:
Choice One: Nautical Science and Technology/Education Achievement Exhibition-Hilton
1. Multi-layer wooden customized exhibition boards. Recommended size: 3m * 3m or 6m * 3m, with the total area of each piece less than 18 square meters. Building the design according to the needs of a separate communication with the organizer/co-organizer, is recommended to partners, and the price of about 1 to 20,000 yuan. The maximum number of boards is 10, including vinyl car decorative paintings, multi-layer effect, acrylic and snowboard engraved words, with glowing effect.
2. Double-layer wooden boards with the size of 3m*3m. The maximum number of boards is 14.
Option 2: Nautical Science and Technology/Education Achievement Exhibition - Marina 1 Hotel
1. Wooden modeling boards with the size of 3m*3m. The maximum number of boards is 14.
2. Double-sided flexible film light box with the size of 1.5m (W)*2m (H). The maximum number of boards is 12.
3. Door-shape b, size 0.8m (W)*2m (H) The maximum number of stands is 25.
III. Suggested contents and requirements
(Ⅰ) content
Introduction of shipping enterprises and institutions on latest products, technologies, achievements, etc. of nautical science and technology with both graphics and text.
(II) Provide text and picture requirements
1. Double-layer, wooden modeling board. 3m*3m, high-definition vector graphics, with 6-8 pictures in 500-800 words. If there are videos to play, files should be provided.
2. Double-sided soft film light box. 1.5m*2m, HD vector image with 4-6 pictures in 300-500 words.
3. Door-shape stand. 0.8m*2m, HD vector image with 2-4 pictures in 300-500 words.
