The Notice on the 2024 Work of the Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements
To all relevant units:
In order to further exert the guiding role of scientific and technological achievements in the development of navigation field, according to the Administrative Measures for Scientific and Technological Evaluation of China Institute of Navigation and the annual work arrangement, we hereby notify the following matters concerning the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements of China Institute of Navigation in the year of 2024:
First, Acceptance time: Applications for evaluation of achievements are accepted throughout the year. The evaluation of scientific and technological achievements of the organization is supervised and guided by the National Committee for Scientific and Technological Awards and the China Association for Science and Technology which will examine and evaluate the scientific and technological achievements in accordance with the stipulated procedures and requirements, as well as issue technical supporting documents. The application materials of the projects to be declared for the 2024 China Navigation Science and Technology Progress Award and Technology Invention Award are scheduled to be submitted before August 15.
Second, the scope of acceptance: scientific and technological achievements evaluation mainly aim to technology development, social welfare, standards research and other categories of research results. Scientific research institutions, institutions of higher education, enterprises and institutions or individuals eligible for scientific and technological achievements are qualified for application. The same scientific and technological achievement can only be evaluated once in the same year, and no units involving the same achievement shall apply for evaluation separately.
Third, Submission of materials: Please log on to the China Nautical Society Science and Technology Service System http://kjfw.cinnet.cn to download and understand the agreement, management methods and other related documents to fill in the relevant forms according to the requirements, the operation process is shown in the system operation guide (Attached File).
