Notice on Releasing the title of CIN 2019 Papers Registered

To all organizations concerned：
In response to the national call to build a maritime and transportation power and to promote academic exchanges and information sharing in the field of navigation, China Institute of Navigation officially issued “Notice on CIN 2019 Call for Papers ” (CIN〔2019〕NO.43) in February 2019. During the event, various relevant organizations actively responded and contributed academic papers. To the present, the Secretariat has received 562 papers (see Annex), and completed the registration of papers and make a list of paper topics. If anything unclearly stated, contact the Secretariat of Academic Exchange Department within five working days as of this day.
According to regulations of the “CIN Outstanding Paper Award Selection Criteria”, the secretariat will observe the procedure of plagiarism checking, sequencing, recommendation, review in accordance with regulations and release the review progress and results timely. All the participants can pay attention to the notice on the official website of China Institute of Navigation (http://www.cinnet.cn/).
