Pursuant to the group standard revision plan of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), CIN has now developed the Guidelines for Climate Risk Assessment of Waterway Transportation Infrastructure, and carried out the Draft for Comment . In accordance with the Management Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, the draft for comment and compilation notes of this group standard are hereby circulated to you, to ensure a scientific, rigorous and applicable standard.
Please submit your comments and the feedback form by email to tuanbiao@cinnet.cn on or before 11 September 2026.
Failure to respond by the deadline shall be deemed as no comment.
