Following individual application, qualification review and selection by the Institute, a total of 35 young scientific and technological talents have been confirmed as the first batch to participate in the academic development of China Navigation and Marine Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the two journals"). The list is hereby announced (see the attachment).

Selected candidates will serve respectively as academic editorial assistants (Editing & Publishing track), academic editorial assistants (Journal Development track), and peer reviewers for the two journals. All selected talents will take part in academic development activities for the two journals. Through hands‑on practices including manuscript editing, proofreading, peer review and topic planning, they will keep abreast of disciplinary trends and academic frontiers, broaden academic horizons, strengthen capabilities in academic exchange and research innovation, and enjoy privileges such as priority handling of high‑quality manuscripts. Selected personnel shall faithfully perform their duties, actively engage in journal academic development work, comply with work arrangements from the journal editorial offices and CIN, and deliver assigned tasks as required.
