Pursuant to the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the Insitute has reviewed and approved the following six group standards by CIN Council. The group standards include: Safety Requirements for Circular Tube Belt Conveyor in Ports (T/CIN 121—2026), led by Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Co., Ltd; Spiral Leveling System for Train Loading of Bulk Dry Cargo in Ports (T/CIN 122—2026), led by Caofeidian Port Ore Terminal Co., Ltd; Operation Procedures for Automatic Train Loading by Shiploader (T/CIN 123—2026), led by Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd, Determination of Blackness of Ship Exhaust Plume – Photographic Method (T/CIN 124—2026), led by Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering, Ministry of Transport; Operating Procedures for Dedicated Ro‑Ro Shuttle Service for Electric Vehicles in Qiongzhou Strait (T/CIN 125—2026), led by Hainan Strait Shipping Co., Ltd; Technical Requirements for Automated Operation Management and Control System for General Bulk Dry Cargo (T/CIN 126—2026)
These standards have been approved by the Chairman’s Office of CIN and are hereby issued. They will take effect as of October 13, 2026.
