In accordance with the plan for the development and revision of group standards of China Institute of Navigation (CIN), the Institute have completed the draft of Safety Operation Regulations for Portal Crane with Grab Bucket, which is now prepared for public comments. To ensure the scientific validity, rigor, and applicability of the standard, we are hereby sending you the exposure draft and the accompanying explanatory notes, as per the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation.
