In accordance with the work plan for the formulation and revision of group standards issued by China Institute of Navigation, we have organized and compiled the draft for public comment of the group standard Principles and Requirements for Construction Man-hour Division Based on Ship Work Breakdown Structure.
Per the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation, we hereby forward the draft standard and its compilation instructions to you to ensure the standard is scientific, rigorous and applicable.
