In accordance with CIN's group standards development and revision plan, the group standard of Technical Requirements for Energy Efficiency Diagnosis of Professional Dry Bulk Terminals has been prepared and is hereby issued as an exposure draft for public comment. In accordance with CIN's Measures for the Management of Group Standards, and to ensure the scientific rigor, accuracy, and applicability of the standard, the exposure draft and its explanatory notes are hereby transmitted to your organization for review.
