Announcement on Soliciting Opinions on the Group Standard of Guidance for the Compilation of Port and Waterway Layout Planning

According to the revision plan of group standards of China Institute of Navigation(CIN), the Institute have organized and compiled the group standard, namely Guidance for the Compilation of Port and Waterway Layout Planning, , which has now been drafted for soliciting feedback. In accordance with the requirements of “Management Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation,” we are now sending the draft of the group standard and the compilation instructions to your unit, to ensure the standard is science-based, rigorous, and applicable.
