In accordance with the group standard formulation and revision plan of China Institute of Navigation, we have completed the draft for comment of Guidelines for the Construction of Inland Waterway Intelligent Assisted Navigation System under Ship-Shore Coordination and Guidelines for the Construction of Inland Waterway Intelligent Waterway Standard System.
In compliance with the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of the China Institute of Navigation, and to ensure the scientificity, rigor and applicability of the standards, the draft for comment and compilation instructions of the group standards are hereby sent to your unit.
