Announcement on Releasing  Six Association Standards, Including “Evaluation Indicators and Calculation Methods for International Shipping Center Development”

To All Relevant Units:

In accordance with the Administrative Measures for Association Standards of  China Institute of Navigation, the following six association standards have been successfully reviewed and approved by the Council of  China Institute of Navigation, which are hereby released and shall come into effect on March 4, 2026: T/CIN 106—2026:

1. “Evaluation Indicators and Calculation Methods for International Shipping Center Development” (T/CIN 106—2026), led by the Transport Planning and Research Institute, Ministry of Transport;  

2. “Technical Requirements for Securing Heavy Cargo on Semi-submersible Vessels” (T/CIN 107—2026), led by Guangzhou Salvage Bureau;  

3. “Technical Requirements for Roll-on/Roll-off Operations of Semi-submersible Vessels” (T/CIN 108—2026), led by Guangzhou Salvage Bureau;  

4. “Technical Requirements for Electrical Interfaces of Containerized Mobile Power Supplies for Ships” (T/CIN 109—2026), led by Huadian Hubei Power Generation Co., Ltd.;  

5. “Operational Efficiency Indicators for Automated Container Terminals” (T/CIN 110—2026), led by the Waterborne Transport Research Institute, Ministry of Transport;  

6. “Technical Guidelines for Automation Transformation of Non-specialized Dry Bulk Terminals: Loading Operations” (T/CIN 111—2026), led by Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd.
