Announcement on Soliciting Opinions on two group standards, including Safety Technical Requirements for Screw Ship Unloaders

To all relevant units:
According to the revision plan of the group standards of China Institute of Navigation(CIN), two group standards namely Safety Technical Requirements for Screw Ship Unloaders and Technical Specifications for Fourier Transform Infrared Optical Remote Sensing of Exhaust Pollutants from Ships in Navigation, organized and compiled by the Institute, has now been drafted for soliciting feedback.
In accordance with the requirements of the “Management Measures for Group Standards of China Institute of Navigation,” we are now sending the draft of the group standard and the compilation instructions to your unit, to ensure the standards are science-based, rigorous, and applicable.
Please submit your comments and the feedback form via email to tuanbiao@cinnet.cn before March 3, 2026.
