Announcement of the Award-Winning Projects for the 2025 China Institute of Navigation Science and Technology Awards (Science and Technology Progress Award / Technology Invention Award)

 

The evaluation process for China Institute of Navigation Science and Technology Awards (Science and Technology Progress Award and Technology Invention Award) was completed on December 21. The details are as follows:

I. In accordance with the relevant regulations of China Institute of Navigation Science and Technology Awards Measures, 92 projects have been selected as preliminary award recipients through procedures such as formal review, preliminary evaluation, expert panel assessment, and approval by the Awards Evaluation Committee. Among them, there are 2 special prizes, 39 first prizes, 41 second prizes, and 9 third prizes for the Navigation Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as 1 second prize for the Navigation Technology Invention Award. The results are hereby announced for public review. The public review period is from December 26, 2025, to January 9, 2026.

II. The evaluation process for China Institute of Navigation Science and Technology Awards is subject to public oversight and follows an objection mechanism. If any objections are raised regarding the project, achievement, personnel, or participating units — including but not limited to the innovation, advancement, practicality, intellectual property rights, authenticity of the submitted materials, or the order of the listed personnel and units—they must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat of China Institute of Navigation for review within the public review period. To facilitate verification and ensure impartial handling of the objection, the objecting party or individual shall submit the objection in writing, clearly indicate their true identity, provide valid contact information, and supply necessary supporting evidence. If submitted by an individual, the written objection must include the individual’s full name, work unit, contact phone number, detailed address, and handwritten signature. If submitted by an organization, the written objection must specify the organization’s name, contact person, contact information, and be stamped with the organization’s official seal. Anonymous objections, objections submitted under false names, or objections received after the deadline will not be accepted.

III. Upon the conclusion of the public review period, projects for which no objections have been raised or objections have not been upheld will be officially announced as award-winning projects.
